Does ZidBit support GST on invoices?

Yes. You can configure a tax rate in Settings and it is applied automatically to invoices, with totals calculated for you.

How are patient payments recorded?

Payments are collected by your staff and recorded against the invoice — cash, UPI, or card — with every payment linked to its invoice and a full audit trail. Online patient payment collection is planned for a future release.

Are invoices created automatically?

Finalising a consultation creates a billing draft with your configured fees pre-filled, so the receptionist only confirms and itemises rather than starting from scratch.

Can different doctors have different consultation fees?

Yes. If a doctor has their own consultation fee set on their profile, invoices use that fee automatically instead of the clinic's default. Follow-up visits are unaffected and keep their original fee.
