Everything your clinic runs on, in one place

ZidBit replaces the register, the prescription pad, and the billing book with one connected system — designed for how busy general-OPD clinics actually run.

Walk-in token queue + appointments

Run a live token queue for walk-ins alongside booked appointments — the reality of a busy Nigerian OPD, not an appointment-only calendar.

Digital prescriptions & records

Write prescriptions from the consultation, and keep every patient’s history, vitals, allergies, and visit timeline in one place.

Tax-ready billing in USD

Itemised invoices with a configurable tax rate (set your VAT), cash and card payment modes, and the day’s revenue on the dashboard.

Roles for your whole front desk

Separate logins for admin, doctor, and receptionist — each sees only what they need, with a full activity audit log.

Secure by default (NDPR-aware)

Data encrypted in transit and at rest, signed short-lived links for every document, and audit logs — with Nigeria’s NDPR in mind.

Live in minutes, in the browser

Nothing to install and no IT project. Sign up, set up your clinic profile, and start seeing patients the same day — on modest hardware and connections.

Comparing options in Nigeria

ZidBit vs Helium Health

Helium Health is West Africa’s established, hospital-leaning market leader with a broad enterprise suite. ZidBit is deliberately lighter: a focused, self-serve OPD system — walk-in token queue, digital prescriptions, and tax-ready billing — that a clinic can start on its own the same day. Different tools for different needs; we say so plainly.

Questions from clinics in Nigeria

Is ZidBit available for clinics in Nigeria?

Yes. ZidBit Clinic OS is available to clinics in Nigeria and works anywhere local laws permit. During onboarding you provide proof of medical registration; access is self-serve with a 30-day free trial and no sales demo. (ZidBit does not currently enroll US-based clinics.)

What currency is the pricing in?

Pricing for clinics outside India is shown in US dollars (USD). International plans currently renew manually rather than auto-charging, so you stay in control of each renewal. See the pricing page for current Essential and Professional rates.

Does the billing handle VAT?

Yes. Billing uses a configurable tax rate, so you can set your VAT and it is applied automatically to itemised invoices. Note: ZidBit applies your configured rate — it is not a certified national e-invoicing system.

How is ZidBit different from Helium Health?

Helium Health is West Africa’s established, hospital-leaning market leader with a broad enterprise suite. ZidBit is deliberately lighter and self-serve: it focuses on OPD front-desk operations — a walk-in token queue, fast digital prescriptions, and tax-ready billing — that you can start yourself the same day on a 30-day free trial. If you want a full hospital enterprise platform, Helium is the heavier option; if you want something focused you can run today, that is ZidBit.

What happens to my data and is it secure?

Your clinic data is encrypted in transit and at rest, documents are served through signed short-lived links (never public), and every action is audit-logged. If you cancel, your data stays accessible for 30 days so you can export it.
