As a Sales Partner / Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of ZidBit in your city or territory — visiting doctors, clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers, demonstrating ZidBit Clinic OS, and helping them switch from paper or outdated software to a modern clinic management platform. You'll work independently, set your own schedule, and earn based on the clinics you bring on board.

• Identify and visit prospective clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and individual doctors in your territory.
• Demo ZidBit Clinic OS to doctors and clinic owners/admins, explaining how it simplifies appointments, billing, prescriptions, and patient records.
• Help interested clinics sign up, get onboarded, and start their free trial.
• Build and maintain relationships with your local healthcare network for repeat referrals.
• Share feedback from the field on pricing, features, and what clinics are asking for.
• Work towards monthly targets for demos conducted and clinics onboarded.

• Prior experience in field sales — healthcare, pharma, medical devices/equipment, diagnostics, or B2B SaaS sales preferred, but not mandatory.
• Existing network or familiarity with local clinics, hospitals, and doctors is a strong plus.
• Comfortable with smartphones and basic software/apps; willingness to learn the product in depth.
• Strong communication skills in the local language and working proficiency in English/Hindi.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Own smartphone and the ability to travel locally for clinic visits (own two-wheeler preferred).
• Any graduate; candidates from a medical/pharma sales background are especially encouraged to apply.
