Token System

A token system assigns each arriving patient a number that sets their place in the queue, bringing order to a walk-in-heavy waiting room. Instead of tracking who came first in your head, staff issue a token and call patients in sequence. In ZidBit, tokens and scheduled appointments share one live queue, so both flows are managed together with a visible status for each patient.
