EMR (Electronic Medical Record)

EMR

An Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is the digital record of a patient’s medical history, medications, allergies, vitals, and visit notes maintained within one clinic. It replaces the paper file, so a doctor can see full clinical context instantly instead of hunting through folders. In ZidBit, the EMR spans blood type, allergies, chronic conditions, medications, surgical and family history, per-visit vitals, and a chronological timeline.
