Doctor CertificateSick NoteMedical Fitness Certificate

A Medical Certificate is an official document issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) under National Medical Commission guidelines. It certifies a patient’s health condition, specifies the exact duration of medical leave required for recovery, or declares physical fitness to resume work, school, or sports. To be legally valid in courts and corporate workplaces, it must include the doctor's registration number, patient demographics, an identification mark, and explicit dates of examination.
