ZidBit Clinic OS is your clinic's all-in-one digital management platform. It replaces paper registers, spreadsheets, and fragmented tools with a single, secure web app your entire team can use from any modern browser.

What Can You Do With Clinic OS?

Who Uses Clinic OS?

Clinic OS has four roles, each with a focused set of tools:

Role	What They Do
Admin	Full access — manages team, clinic settings, billing, and all modules
Receptionist	Registers patients and schedules appointments
Doctor	Conducts consultations, records vitals, and writes prescriptions
Billing	Creates invoices and records payments

Your role is assigned by your clinic's Admin. If you're unsure of your role, check with them.

Some features are available only on the Professional plan:

Admins can view and manage the subscription in Settings → Billing.

Browser: Google Chrome 100+, Firefox 110+, Safari 16+, or Edge 100+
Connection: A stable internet connection
Device: Works on desktops, laptops, and tablets (mobile-optimised)
