The Communication Center is your direct line to the ZidBit team. Use it to report issues, give feedback, or ask about plans and pricing — all from inside the app.
Accessible by: Everyone (all roles)
Click Communication in the sidebar.
You can send three types of messages:

| Feedback | Share suggestions or tell us what's working well |
| Bug Report | Let us know about something that isn't working as expected |
| Sales Inquiry | Ask about pricing, plan upgrades, or adding more users |
To send a message:
All messages you've sent are displayed as a conversation thread, with the most recent at the bottom. You'll also see any replies from the ZidBit team.

When reporting a bug, include:
The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.
The ZidBit team typically responds within 1 business day. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" at the start of your message.
