Team Chat lets everyone in your clinic message each other in real time, right inside Clinic OS — so coordination stays in the system instead of in personal WhatsApp groups.

Team Chat vs. the Communication Center: Team Chat is for talking to your own colleagues. The Communication Center is for contacting the ZidBit team (feedback, bugs, sales). They are separate.
Team Chat lives behind the floating chat button in the corner of the screen — it's available on every page of the app. Click it to open the chat panel.
The chat panel shows your list of conversations. You can:
Select a conversation from the list to open it, or start a new one.
Messages are delivered in real time — the other person sees them immediately if they're online, and the moment they open the app if they're not.
Each message shows whether it has been seen, so you can tell an update actually landed instead of wondering whether it was missed.
