The Vitals tab shows all recorded vital signs for the patient, newest first.
Vitals can be recorded from the patient profile or during an active consultation. Fields include:

Out-of-range readings are automatically flagged and displayed with an amber indicator.
The Documents tab is where lab reports, X-rays, prescription images, and other clinical files are stored for this patient.
Documents count towards your clinic's shared storage pool of up to 5 GB (Professional plan), with a 10 MB cap per file and a maximum of 5 files per visit. See Document Management for full instructions.
The Timeline tab gives a chronological view of every event in the patient's history:
This is the fastest way to review a patient's full journey at a glance.
If your clinic has patient reminders enabled, patients receive automated appointment and follow-up reminders by email. You can disable reminders for a specific patient if they've asked not to be contacted.
On the patient's Overview tab, look for the Reminders toggle:
Simply click the toggle to change the setting. The change takes effect immediately.
This per-patient control is useful when a patient shares a phone or email with a family member, or has explicitly asked not to receive reminders.
See Patient Notifications for how to configure reminder timing and channels for the whole clinic.
