Changing Your Login Email
Your login email is set by your Admin. You cannot change it yourself. If you need to update it, ask your Admin to edit your team member account. → Team Management
Security — Login Activity
The Security tab on your profile shows your recent sign-in history so you can spot any unexpected access.
Each login event shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Time | When the sign-in occurred |
| Device | Browser and operating system used |
| IP Address | Network address of the sign-in |
| Location | Approximate location based on IP |
| Result | Whether the sign-in succeeded or failed |
If you see a login you don't recognise, contact your Admin immediately.
Admin view: Admins have an additional clinic-wide login activity view under Settings, showing activity across all team members. This view can be filtered by event type (success/failure), date range, and individual team member.
Tips
- Set a clear profile photo — it helps your team identify you in the app, especially on shared workstations.
- Dark mode is easier on the eyes during long clinic shifts.
